School Nurse Superpower Nominees

Jeanesse is calm in chaos. Her health office is incredibly busy and the needs of her students and staff exceed what I would expect from one school. She handles every issue with compassion, patience, and knowledge that her students and school staff are so lucky to have supporting them. Jeanesse is bilingual and works so well with our English Learner students and families. She communicates effectively and efficiently with staff who need updates on health related matters. She advocates for her students and their needs as well as best practice and support for the nursing staff. Jeanesse is intelligent, kind, and such a huge asset to her school and the district.
