Nurse William Patterson, who we call "Bill," has been an integral part of the recent expansion and development of Hawaii's public schools nursing program. He has been Hawaii's subject matter expert and spirited advocate regarding the need and benefits of Hawaii establishing a school nursing program in our public schools and the development of a responsive, Hawaii-focused program.
