School Nurse Superpower Nominees

Cashel Mulkins is the school nurse that every school dreams of. As an administrator of a primary building, I see the nurse's office as the hub of the school and Cashel is the star. Whether a student has serious medical issues or an 'invisible' boo-boo, Cashel's warmth, grace, and genuine care allows every child who enters her office to be seen as the most important person in the room. Cashel is calm under pressure. We have several medically fragile students in our building and she handles delicate situations flawlessly and never shows worry or concern, and helps the situation be rectified with dignity for the child. She is also amazing with parents, staff members, and anyone who enters her office. No matter what she is dealing with, she greets everyone with a warm smile, hello, and 'how can I help you'. Our school would not be the kind, warm, welcoming place it is without our amazing school nurse. She truly has superpowers.
