It is an honor to nominate Nurse Cynthia for her extraordinary dedication and life-saving advocacy. Throughout a period of significant staffing shortages and transitions, Cynthia has been a bedrock of stability, consistently stepping up to ensure our students receive the highest level of care. Her clinical intuition and persistent advocacy were directly responsible for identifying life-threatening conditions in two students, outcomes that would have been tragic without her intervention. Beyond her life-saving work, Cynthia is a forward-thinking team player who proactively embraces new technology to streamline health data and improve efficiency. She is a tireless advocate, a brilliant clinician, and an irreplaceable asset to our school community.
